3 Courtyards 1 Stair

Rigorous rules were set for a student dormitory in which facade length and appearance, common areas, and overall programs had to be stringently respected. Reinterpreting the rules in order to produce an interesting and informed design, the invariant facade became the lining of courtyards, turning the building inside out.
